Bronze client support is included in standard and premium subscription plans.
You will always have the opportunity to upgrade to the Silver or Gold support package if your data management needs change.
In addition to working with suppliers, my support agent works directly with retailers and can assist in any communication. She will periodically review our account and let us know if products need to be updated or recertified... she can also give us a heads up for any upcoming changes, should a retailer decide they want more or different information on our products.
